hela Sverige The position is organized under Production Control, Program and Planning within GTO Truck Operations, Powertrain Production - Logistic. Production Control, Program and Planning is a regional function responsible for the global PTP supply response in the Volvo S&OP, order handling, balancing of technical installed capacity as well as global production planning & control and all related systems to support that part of the Logistics process and operation.
Description
You will be a part of a the team responsible for supporting the local order and volume planning departments within the powertrain organization globally, when it comes to user-related questions for the different systems that we are responsible for as super-users (CPO, KKL, SHIP & PCC). You will handle user-questions, training, development meetings with the sites and to be the interface towards the BSL (Business Solution Leader), mainly for KKL and SHIP. For CPO you will be the Back-up. In addition to this you will also support in the S&OP process, by gathering data and compiling reports. You will report to Dir Production Control Program and Planning - Petra Odenman.
Mission:
• To support/educate the local order offices in the systems and processes that we are responsible for.
• Some of the activities you will be working with are:
• Handling of system questions
• IT contact and global coordinator - for LSU (Local Super User)
• Run GSUM (Global Super User networks) incl all Powertrain sites
• Education of LSU (Education of end-user should be done by the LSU)
• Main contact for BSL(Business Solution Leader) for Powertrain related questions
• Handling of global alarms and support for local alarms
• Participate in projects (for example new planning system)

Education and experience:
• 3-5 years Logistics - Production planning and Master scheduling or equivalent combination of education and experience of planning and logistics in a manufacturing environment
• 2 years IT adm and system development and/or equivalent experience
