You have a proven experience in modularization, automation, and/or electrification and an extensive network with academic institutions. As this is a global role, strong English communication skills both verbal and written are required.
To enjoy the role, you need to have a passion for sustainability and innovation and be eager to make an impact by bringing your business to the forefront of new possibilities. You take initiative and are driven to get things done. You're a fast learner and have a knowledge and competence level that enable you to ask the right questions from a technical perspective all the way to what creates holistic success in the marketplace and excellence in operations. You are structured, have an entrepreneurial state of mind, and excellent time-management skills.

We believe you are a leader with strong interpersonal skills who is able to influence business teams and get them excited about your ideas.
