hela Sverige In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by contributing to the success of products and services within their area. To execute on the delivery of products and services necessary to meet the needs of Cochlear BAS customers as well as the commercial and strategic needs of the organization. To develop and implement product and market strategies to effectively drive global sales and revenues within the area. To support existing products and services throughout their complete life-cycle with appropriate assistance.

To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
• Ideally a degree in Marketing, Sales or Engineering.
• Experience in product management or other relevant experience preferably within Med-Tech companies.
• Ability to influence others through credible actions and effective negotiation.
• Evidence of good individual, team, cross-functional and cross-regional communication skills.
• Ability to concurrently manage complex and competing projects and priorities.
• The ability to solve problems and collaborate to get work done that delivers benefits for Cochlear's customers.
• A responsible attitude to working safely and building the safety culture.
• Fluent in English.
