With continued to growth and increasing complexity in our organizational structure as we rapidly expand globally, our need for efficient process management becomes vitally important. Now we are looking for an analytical and socially skilled individual, with a strong business acumen and process management skills, to join our Global Optimization and Analysis team as a Global Process Owner at HQ in Stockholm.
The Global Optimization and Analysis team is responsible for identifying, defining and prioritizing business requirements for Klarna's Customer Service and Merchant Support department. The team consists of data analysts, business analysts and developers with different areas of expertise but at least two shared attributes: driven and talented.
What You will be doing...
You will be a part of the Global Optimization and Analysis management team and have a global responsibility for your domain, which could either be merchant support or backoffice/payments. You will govern current state processes end-to-end to ensure regional adherence. You will implement improvement opportunities and future state processes and advise regional operations in process management and best practice solutions.
Who we think You are...
If you are still reading, it is more than likely that you have a degree in business, finance or equivalent. You may have practical experience from project or/and process management position of to two to four years, preferably from a customer service environment or payments and e-commerce sector. You want to have a job where your input has tangible and positive effect on the organization. Additionally, you will have excellent analytical skills including ability to interpret business needs and translate them into operational processes design. You possess excellent communication skills and have no problem to present information and interact professionally with different levels in an organization.
As a person, you have the ability to approach problems and situations from different perspectives. You are motivated by continuous improvement and are able to drive projects and initiatives independently. You are a team player and dare to stand your ground while at the same time maintaining flexibility. You get energy from contributing and helping your team deliver on time.
