You will in this position be a part of Global Parts team within Volvo Construction Equipment Customer Solutions, which is responsible for the commercial drive of our parts offers in the aftermarket. The diverse team is responsible for Global Part strategies, global pricing, global marketing activities and to manage the maintenance and development of our parts product portfolio. Our offer shall enhance the total experience of owning and operating Volvo Construction Equipment. You will be responsible for further development of Extended Offer portfolio, business models and sales channels.
We are looking for a talented person with excellent networking skills, technical, commercial and logistics knowledge, a strong driving force and an interest for interacting with people in different positions from different cultures. Moderate IT skills are an advantage as well as project management experience.
Main Responsibilities:
• Drive and execute global strategic and operational activities related to Extended Offer portfolio
• Further develop the commercial offer and sales channels for the product portfolio to maximize volumes and profitability supported by solid business cases.
• Develop and coordinate go-to-market strategies together with Sales Regions including business models, pricing, market activities and roll out plans
• Responsible for setting up objectives and defining KPI's
• Regularly follow-up development of common Volvo Group solutions for the portfolio and adjust them to Volvo CE
• Manage product life cycle of the portfolio
• Participate in development of portfolio and strategies for Global Parts offer

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Strong commercial ability
• Excellent analytical skills
• Business acumen
• Holistic business view
• Excellent relationship management
• Ability to work in a cross functional and cross border organization
• Strong drive combined with excellent communication and networking skills
• Good written, oral and presentation skills
• Technical understanding of construction equipment machinery is a preferred asset
Additional Important Requirements:
• University degree in business/logistics or comparable experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, knowledge in data bases and IT processes
• Fluent in English. Other language is a merit.
• Project management experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel as required
