Mölnlycke Health Care in Gamlestaden in Gothenburg is currently looking for a consultant who will have an important function of being responsible for their already developed training packages and the coordination with suppliers and participants within this. About the position
As a Global Learning Coordinator, you will drive the implementation and coordination of global educations. It can be both training in leadership, but also for onboarding processes. For example, you will work with:
• plan training events, mostly digital but also physical.
• Communicate with providers and training providers regarding dates, participants and information about training events
• Manage the evaluation process for global applications
• Coordinate supervisors, participants and communication
• Manage the educations in SABA, Mölnlycke's LMS tool
In the role, you will work with the following IT systems / tools: SABA LMS, Teams, Zoom, SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Office 365 and Forms.
Vem är du?
We are looking for you who have experience from project management or event management as well as experience of working with an education system, LMS (meritorious). You have a post-secondary education in, for example, HR or Business Administration. It is also important that you have very good communication skills in English. It is an advantage if you have experience of working with a global audience and stakeholders in different markets as well as experience of working with external partners and suppliers.
As a person, we are looking for you who are good at having many contact areas and to drive the work forward. You have a good planning ability and is communicative as a person.
