We are looking for an analytical and socially skilled individual, with a strong business acumen and knowledge management skills, to join our Global Optimization and Analysis at our head office in Stockholm.

The Global Optimization and Analysis team is responsible for identifying and defining business requirements and prioritising business improvement opportunities for Klarna's Customer Service and Merchant Support department. The team consists of Data Analysts, Business Analysts and Developers with different areas of expertise but at least two shared attributes; drive and talent.

What You will be doing?. You will be a part of the Global Optimization and Analysis management team and have the global responsibility for knowledge management. The work task will stretch from developing the global knowledge management strategy to promote knowledge sharing through the organisation's and across communities. You will implement and optimise knowledge management systems and processes supporting our way of working.

You have worked in a similar position previously for three to four years, and ideally you'll have a degree in business, engineering or IT. You want to have a job where your input has tangible and positive effects on the organisation. Additionally, you have excellent analytical skills including ability to interpret business needs and translate them into operational processes and knowledge structures. It's important that you have experience with knowledge management systems, preferable Oracle Service Cloud or similar.

You are motivated by continuous improvement and are able to drive projects and initiatives independently. You are a team player and dare to stand your ground while at the same time maintain flexibility. You get energy from contributing and helping your team deliver on time.
