Hydrotech AB is a successful company within the water treatment business. This is an opportunity for you to be a part of a successful, international company by its products is providing the world cleaner water. Hydrotech is looking for a Global Industrial Sales Manager to their head office in Vellinge.

Description/ Key Responsibilities
As a Global Industrial Sales Manager you are responsible for the development and performance of all sales/design activities in the industrial market. You direct the sales strategy globally to ensure achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. You expect to initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets. You analyze customer needs and prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. The position does not include responsibility for employees.

As a Global Industrial Sales Manager you maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity in area of responsibility. That also involves assisting the business units in creating and conducting proposal presentations and RFP responses as well as controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines. Also to control adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes is also within your area of responsibility. You provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

You establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients and local business units. As you are responsible for the local business performance and development, the responsibility involves one-on-one review with all regional business units to build more effective communications to understand training and development needs. You are responsible for training and development of business units.

Education
To be successful as a Global Industrial Sales Manager you need to have a MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, other specialization or equivalent experience.

Experience
You have some years of experience selling technical solutions or processes, preferably within the industrial market. As your work field is focused on the global market, it?s is preferable if you have experience from international business. It is an advantage if you have experience working through resellers and/or have experience from the water treatment business.

Skills
You have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely on technical matters and a solid commitment to first class customer service and support. You are a motivated, self-starter with effective time management.

IT-knowledge
You have good knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Language skills
As you will work on the global market, it?s a prerequisite that you are absolutely fluent in English, spoken and written. Knowledge in Swedish is an advantage.

Located
You will be based in Vellinge, but you will travel internationally about 30 - 50 days per year.
