Do you want to work with integration of HR systems in cooperation with skilled and committed colleagues all over the world? Do you have experience in SAP Success Factor integrations?
We are looking for that someone who will ensure an excellent user experience for Epiroc employees and maximize the business performance in core HR applications, through innovative and flexible system solutions and a rapid, outstanding service and support. If you have the knowledge of integration and automation of SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF) with other applications, you might be the right person for this role!

Your mission
As our Global HRIS Integrations Specialist you will, together with other specialists in our Global HR team and Epiroc IT, drive digitalization through integration and automation to meet business strategies. In this role you will initiate and participate in different pilots, sub-projects and business collaborations with the aim to develop and build system solutions and product developments.
You will be an important part of all steps included in system integration, continuously analyzing and improving processes. Your duties will include to review and approve requests, drive activities to develop, configure & document integrations to secure a stable environment. You will also be monitoring, maintaining and improving the implemented integrations with our global HR systems. Some important aspect of the role will be to act as an expert on questions concerning integration with HR-data in SuccessFactors as well as keeping audit traceability to guarantee GDPR compliance.
You will review, create, test and implement new inbound and outbound integrations, as well as SAP SF releases, and other functionalities in close cooperation with different stakeholders. Through active collaboration with HR colleagues all over the world you act as One HR and you actively contribute to the development of the Global Center of Excellence HR.

Your profile
To succeed in this position, you need at least three years of experience working in a similar role, including project management and system integration for cloud-based HR systems, preferably in a global context. Excellent verbal and written skills in professional English are required for this position. It is a great advantage if you have good knowledge of SAP SF Integration Center and previous experience working with GDPR compliance.
It is also beneficial if you have knowledge in any of the following: Odata API, Compound Employee API, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Intelligent Services, creating custom logic in lines of code through Groovy scripts, basic knowledge of IBM and/or Microsoft integration products and platforms.
To enjoy working in this role you have a genuine interest to work with system integration, you are accustomed to working independently and you have great communications skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. On top, we think you have a sense of ownership combined with a business mindset.

Location and travel
The location of this position is Örebro, Sweden. For the right candidate we may consider an alternative location in one of our offices within the European time zone.
