We are now looking for a Drill Master to join the Global Marketing team at our Underground division, to take on the challenge of supporting our customers and internal colleagues in optimizing mining operations. Ambition is to support change management and increase performance and use of automation solutions around the world.
Your mission
As a Drill Master within the Global Marketing team, you will support our customer centers with machine demos, new technology introductions and tailored drill setups for special applications, securing that the Underground Drilling machines achieve optimal performance, focusing on customer satisfaction, leading to more machine sales.
The tasks can include enhancing drilling knowledge and skills for our End customers and Customer Center colleagues, educating Product Company personnel in drilling applications, and supporting Customer Centers (CCs) in planning and executing drilling demos for potential customers, as well as against competitor machines. Supporting Division Marketing team in introducing new machine models in new markets will also be part of your responsibilities.
Your profile
You have a deep knowledge of our applications in Mining with preferably high technical knowledge of Epiroc underground drilling products.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused and goal-oriented, with a strong personal drive and ability to work under pressure. We see that you have demonstrated a strong ability to create trustworthy relationships with all your stakeholders, and that you are recognized as a professional and competent partner with a structured and transparent way of working. You are able to develop a good understanding of the customer/application requirements and implement appropriate solutions. You have analytical skills and know how to utilize data to drive a team towards a common goal.
Ultimately you possess strong communication skills, are able to communicate in an efficient way, establish team-work and cooperation with different parts of the organization in a multi-cultural environment.
Being fluent in English is mandatory, both verbally and in writing. Other languages are meriting.
Location and travel
The location for this role is Örebro, Sweden. Extensive travel (120+ days/year) and longer periods on site is required, 4-6 weeks at a time.
