With the regions drive global internal awareness of segment specific customer needs. Develop and coordinate business opportunities with these customers within the Key Account Organization. Lead in the Key Account interaction with other functions in regards of TCO and the related elements such as Solutions and Tools
Key Account Coordinator responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate Annual Activities
• Collect and share all customer related data
• Ensure cross enterprise business engagement for Cement and Aggregate
• Follow up on activity plans and price levels
• Ensure a coordinated approach to key customer cross Volvo Group
• Drive awareness and desire for Key Account business
• Participate in industry related forums and associations
• Plan, support and conduct seminars and events. Promote activities toward region/dealer and customer
• Report on customer requirements to key stakeholders within other internal functions
Experiences and qualifications:
• In depth industrial knowledge combined with experience from international sales distribution network
• Strong leadership and management capability
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a multifunctional, high pressure role
• Understand and have a genuine empathy with the Volvo Group org. and values
• University degree in Business Administration or Marketing with adequate business & management exposure in a multinational business environment would be a definitive advantage
• Strong track record in relevant sector with solid experience and a strong business sense within Sales and Marketing
• Fluent in English and other languages would be a plus
• Social ability and good at networking
• Willingness to travel
