Our Process Automation business area is looking for a global digital communication manager - for Distributed Control Systems. In this role you will be responsible for enhancing the online presence with the domain expertise on web, social media, and lead generation.

Your responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategy, planning digital initiatives roadmap together with marketing communication managers covering development of website, SEO and content production.
Collaborate with PA's digital communications colleagues to develop a best-in-class digital presence and enhanced user experience across our digital platforms.
Create and maintain pages based on content provided by communications and develop relevant SEO, SEM and marketing automation strategies in coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Support Digital Campaigns (across web, social and intranet) whilst working with multiple stakeholders, projects and geographies to harmonize digital communications tools with the overall business goals and objectives.
Show strong ownership through data-focused and analytics-driven (social media and Google Analytics) measurement for our website, intranet and social media to enhance our digital footprint based on the findings and create analytics reports for management.
Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and UX improvements of websites, online tools and applications.
Establish, advocate and enforce best practices. Provide support and advice to the organization on applications, websites, and other technologies.
Debug issues that arise with performance and general, troubleshooting of the product online tools.
Your background
Minimum qualification - BSc/BA/B.Tech in Computer Science or Digital Communication or a related field.
3 years' experience in managing digital channels including operational work in content management systems.
Deep understanding of content structures and communications practices.
Good knowledge of web standards and digital marketing practices.
Hands-on experience and a proven track-record for delivering data-driven and insight-augmented Analytics including and not limited to Google Analytics, Power BI and social media.
Experience in campaign and lead management using CRM.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
