Global Account Manager, Scania Mining

Scania Mining
Scania Mining is a Sales & Service Business Area focusing on delivery of solutions based on all Scanias various products
and services to the Mining Industry.
Mines tend to be in remote areas far away from our normal service network and many customers are operating globally. Our
aim is to build up safe and cost efficient solutions securing a high volume output, which is tailor made for each individual mine
site wherever they are in the world.

Your role

Responsible for revenues and gross margins of selected customers, customer segmentation, business development, prospecting
and global account plans, coordination with local Key Account Managers and Involvement of Scania distributors for delivery.

You will also be responsible for and manage some of our customer solution projects as well as for maintenance of our solution
sales process.

Who you are?

We are looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with a strong customer value focus who is driven by wanting to understand our
customer's strategies and challenges in order to identify areas which they can develop by working together with Scania.

We want someone with good business acumen, experience to interact with the top Management level at the customers,
excellent social skills and analytical abilities. Curious in nature, you seek a holistic view of things and have the will and ability
to share knowledge effectively with the entire Scania organisation. Ability to smoothly interact and lead cross-functional teams
within Scania as well as with foreign parties is a requirement. Well-developed communication, presentation, and leadership skills
are required.

The ideal candidate is someone with an international Sales and Marketing experience of consultative solution sales and complex
business deals, a business driven person with demonstrated business skills, an academic technical- or business degree,
experienced in sales performance management and in process improvements.

Experience from a process industry is desirable. The candidate must be able to speak and write English fluently. Knowledge in
other languages is highly welcome, especially Spanish and/or Portuguese.
