Who we are
At Tangiamo we develop the greatest gaming tables the industry have ever seen. Our point of gravity is central Gothenburg where our tribe of 15ish dedicated people with different backgrounds spend their days doing what they do best. Some write code, design hardware or assemble our products. Others visit end customers and distributors globally. What we have in common is that we love what we do and find Tangiamo a perfect fit to do it.

Where are we heading
We're in phase where we release a lot of new products which is both fun and challenging. New permits to sell in different regions is opening up the market for us and we're preparing to scale up our capacity. As we are growing we are moving into new facilities as of January 2nd 2019.

What you will be doing
You will drive sales on the global gaming market, which means that you will contact and visit both end customers and distributors. One week you could travel to Cyprus to visit groups of Casinos to see what they need and what we should offer them. Later that month you could go to Vietnam or Singapore to meet a new distributor or attend a fair. We both work with direct sales and different types of revenue sharing which gives another dimension to your job. This role means traveling 30-50 days per year, at least initially.

Indicators that you are the right person for the job

• You are an experienced and motivated sales professional with strong track-record, ability to manage sales projects from a cross-functional, strategic and globally aligned perspective.

• A clear communicator, team player that's passionate about sales.

• Love for curiosity, collaborations and strong work ethics.

• Structured and detail-oriented with high capacity and confidence in taking own initiatives.

• Genuine excitement for our fast growth and amazing potential

• Able to travel 30-50 days per year, at least initially.

Meritorious

• Previous experience of selling software and/or technical products

You should find it easy to approach new people and build relations with both customers and other parties that can help you succeed later. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and have been working with global sales and understands the way of doing it. You are business minded and understand what the customer need and how we should sell it is of great importance for our success.
