As a Training Specialist for Collection Operations, you will be responsible for education and development, which contains coaching and inspiring our agents and develop their skills in the way we communicate with our consumers.
You will be a part of the Collection Training & Quality team who is focusing on giving every agent at Collection the best opportunities to perform in a great way. The team does this by taking care of education and quality assurance.
The monthly quality assurance together with the evaluation of the results, feedback to the team managers and agents, as well as developing coaching plans, will be a big part of your daily work, but you will also be working with our e-learning system, making sure that we have up-to-date educations that capture the agents and make them learn in an engaging way. You will manage the whole process by creating educations and coaching our agents.
Who you are...
You are pedagogical and down to the point, with excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken. You have the ability to capture an audience and you quickly gain trust from others. Creativity comes naturally to you, and you strive to create and teach material that educates and develops others. It is meritable if you have experience from working with educations, creating online content or education material in particular. You are well experienced in working with Excel. It is also valuable if you have prior knowledge in programs such as Adobe captivate and other animation programs.
