This position is based at Mynewsdesk Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, reporting to the Manager for Central support.
We are expanding our customer base and need to work smart to keep our high quality and personalized support and service that we today supply our customers with. This role plays a vital role in how our customers perceive us as a company and their experience with the product. Our aim is to create an environment in which you can grow, develop and – most importantly - succeed!

As Support Agent, you will handle incoming support via phone, email and chat from customers globally from all our local markets. You will manage the customers, their requests, ideas and issues in a professional and timely manner.
The work will also include answering feature requests and ideas as well as acting as a 2:nd line to our Customer Success Managers and Account Managers in all our markets.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a curious, service minded person who will work in an international team that will be the central function for support globally. The team will be a key function to manage all reactive support, feature requests and issue management. The team will work closely with both Customer Success/Account Management and Product Development.

Desired Skills and Experience

1-2 years experience or other service related work
Working knowledge of different browsers and operating systems
Previous experience of working with cloud based services (SaaS)
Trouble shooting technical issues
Language skills; German, Swedish and English
Experience within PR and Communication is an advantage
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, results orientated environment
Be an honest, transparent and trustworthy team player
Good at paying attention to details
