As a Collection Agent, you will handle outbound and inbound phone calls from customers who have missed one or more payments. Your mission is to actively call customers and find a suitable payment solution for them and to communicate this in a open, helpful and engaging tone. You will talk a lot on the phone and you need to be fast and secure in making the right decisions, and you are not afraid to take own initiative. Also, you need to have strong communication skills and you are fluent in German and English. This is a part time position around 50 % and the working hours are very flexible however, we need you to be able to work day time.
