As a German speaking Collection Backoffice Agent you will join a new team in the Collection Department. The team handles the requests from external collection partners of Klarna as well as cases of e.g. debt counseling, insolvency proceedings, trustees and deceased consumers for the German and Austrian market. The communication includes contact with authorities, lawyers, business partners as well as merchants. Most contacts are via letters and emails as well as outgoing calls.

To succeed in this role you are a self-driven person that can work independently. You need to be able to see the bigger picture to comfortably make individual decisions with the focus on the business value of a case. We also see you as a person that enjoys administrative work and is very well-organized and thorough in the daily work. You regularly see opportunities of improving our way of working and actively communicate your ideas regarding processes and routines with your colleagues. As you have daily contact with authorities, you need to be a native German speaker and be fluent in English.
