For Sandvik Treasury, we're now looking for an analytical and balanced FX-Dealer to join us at our headquarters in Stockholm. As the internal bank for Sandvik Group, we have the overall responsibility of supporting the organization in managing all types of financial risks. On a daily basis, we handle Sandvik's FX exposure, excess liquidity, debt portfolio and the global pension risk. We analyze complex situations and provide to the point expertise and advise to all parts of the organization. This is a position where you really get a chance to challenge yourself and deliver on a high level.
Your mission
As an FX-Dealer, you have the important task of understanding and highlighting the financial risks that may occur in a global business like ours. You analyze, propose and communicate recommendations to support the different stakeholders within our Group in foreign exchange, interest risk handling and asset management, and you execute financial transactions toward both internal and external counterparts.
Another part of your job is to contribute in the development of our internal bank, and you support Group Treasury with market analysis for management of the debt portfolio, currency risk and pension assets. By sharing your expertise in projects and by collecting, analyzing and communicating information about our exposures, you serve as a key player in the Group. Naturally, you ensure close collaboration with all our stakeholders and you also make sure that we follow the given guidelines and frameworks in all relevant areas.
Your character
We're looking for someone with a degree in Finance or Economics and a great interest in the financial markets. You have at least five years working experience from a similar role, combined with strong knowledge of the financial markets and all type of instruments. You also have good knowledge of financial accounting. Your skills in Bloomberg, Excel and PowerPoint are advanced and you're both interested in, and talented at analyzing and presenting numbers in an understandable way. As we're a global company, you need excellent skills in written and verbal English.
Your character fascinates us, as you calmly yet confidently provide expertise in your area. You're highly communicative and have a way of systematically getting things done - most likely because you feel at home in a structured environment where you benefit from your analytical skills and logical thinking. Being part of a team is also important to you, and you easily collaborate with people at all levels.
A glimpse of our culture
We believe in finding that perfect mix between work, family life and interests, and we happily support our employees in balancing this.
