Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

Do you like to be part of a small team guiding and leading R&D in a global corporate company with footprint across the globe?
Being part of the Technology office team in Development & Technologies organization you will play an important role in supporting the Technology Office team driving the R&D Strategic Plan and build a R&D organisation fit for the future. We drive Technology Management, including the overall technology portfolio that supports the R&D Strategic Plan. As part of this responsibility, we oversee early innovation portfolio management and the Early Innovation Capability Excellence Office.
The role will require working both in team as well as individually. We see that you as a person being very open to share and learn together with colleagues around you as well as open to experimenting with different approaches to support driving efficient fact-based decisions and knowledge building.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As our new Future Talent -R&D Strategic Planning Analyst you will:
Support the implementation of the R&D Strategy, including the yearly planning cycle and how to setup an organisation to fit for the future.
Support Technology roadmapping, by connecting our Technology Know-How, Early Innovation Studies, and Technology Development activities.
Support D&T Early Innovation portfolio by consolidating early-stage concepts, including collaboration opportunities, supporting R&D plans.
Support the Technology Office team in assessing data to fact-based decision making
Benchmark procedures, standards and tools with external and/or internal best practices.
Prototype, design, develop and maintain R&D performance measures.
Drive productivity activities through utilization of global solutions, process improvements, and tools.
We believe you have
You have a Masters Degree in Engineering (or similar) (Graduated 2023-2024)
You are a self-motivated, result orientated person with a strong drive. You pay attention to details and can manage many different tasks simultaneously.
You have strong analytical mind-set and you enjoy helping others understand data in an easily explainable way
You are a true finisher and have the ability to work independently.
You are a team player with outstanding communication skills.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
Previous international studies/experience is a merit.
