Our Future Talent Programme is a one or two year programme that will develop your leadership and your other professional skills in a truly international environment. We are now looking for a driven and passionate newly graduate for the role as a Businness Developer, which is one of the positions in our Leadership-track (the two-year programme).

As part of our ambitious growth strategy within Tetra Pak Services, we have established a team focused on expanding the Consumables business on a global level. The Tetra Pak® Consumables portfolio is about ensuring optimised performance of our customers operations through an extensive range of high-quality adhesives, lubricants and chemicals specifically developed to meet the stringent requirements of the food packaging industry.

To enable you to learn about our business and understand the Tetra Pak world we have summarized the challenge for our Future Talent colleague as follows:
• You will, together with our product owners, be involved in projects and activities related to enhancing the portfolio and growing Consumables sales in our market companies and sales organizations around the world. You will be focusing on the marketing dimension of the portfolio and be a part of developing marketing communication strategies and activities to ensure the right communication of our products in the market
• You will work very closely with our Business Development Manager for Consumables and she will, together with other colleagues in Tetra Pak Services and Tetra Pak, help you to help yourself developing the knowledge needed to succeed in the company
Qualifications
• Master degree within: Business administration, marketing or Industrial economy. Technical knowledge is a plus together with good people skills and experience to drive cross-functional projects and activities. OBS! To qualify for this trainee programme, your Master degree needs to be from 2017 or 2018.
• To enjoy this position, we believe you are a curious person, eager to learn new things. You are a fast thinker who likes to solve problems and achieve good results.
• You are result oriented, driven and have an ability to inspire and create commitment and engagement. You have a strong business mindset as well as excellent communication skills and a keen interest in marketing and business development.
• You are a positive and a high energy person who loves networking and enjoys to be a part of a team. You have a strong personal drive and are used to take on your own initiatives and work pro-actively to create results.
• You can work and learn in English
The Future talent Programme starts in September 2018. The position is based in Lund, Sweden but includes local and international job rotations.
