We currently have the following job opening;
Function Owner - Brake Controls
Right now, we are working on a brand new electrical architecture, that will be delivered to several platforms, that will be bases for several different vehicles. The future is here. We are developing vehicles for different levels of autonomous driving.
You will be responsible for functions within the team Brake Controls.
A Function Owner is responsible for describing how a Customer Function in the car should work. Secures that this is aligned with Product Planning, Marketing, Competitors and Customer Expectations. The Function Owner maintains the function thought a platform and/or vehicle lifetime and is also responsible for both field issues and future improvements.
You will work close to the projects, the Function realization responsible and the Function verification team. The ISO26262 System Safety work will be an integrated part of the work task.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Collect Input requirements.
- Create FDR (Function Description & Requirement) based on input requirements and function requirements.
- Responsible for the verification plan of FDR requirements.
- Responsible for hazard analysis and Functional safety concept.
- Secure that a safety test plan is developed and safety testing performed.
- Bench marking.
- Knowledge about what is the state of the art function within the automotive industry.
- Follow up function related software issues, make sure they are solved.
Profile and Background
- Minimum B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Documented experience from working with Automotive Product Development or Testing for minimum 3 years.
- Knowledge of the ISO26262 automotive safety standard.
- Fluent in English, both speaking and written.
- Project leading and planning skills are vital.
- Ability to write requirement documents in a structured and readable way.
- Well-structured personality.
- Positive attitude and interested in finding solutions together with other people/teams.
- Willing to help others and ask for help when needed.
- Have an openness and awareness of Asian, European and foreign cultures.
