We have been around for more than 10 years - started off as Mr. Green Technology, working mainly with the casino brand Mr. Green. Time flies when you are having fun and today Gametek is part of the global family of William Hill - still working on developing the best technical solutions, now on more brands besides Mr. Green, such as Redbet and Mama Mia.
Joining Gametek means becoming part of a dynamic, international and fast paced working culture. We are around 70 people in Stockholm with remote team members in other locations such as Krakow and Kiev.

More specific:
We have openings in two of our teams so depending on your profile and personal preference you will join as a Full stack Developer either the Retain or the Guardians team.
Regardless of what team, together you team will work closely with a Product owner, UX and stakeholders to create experiences that are a cut above the rest on the market.
As a team member, you are not afraid to walk an extra mile. Communication skills are a must to have you are not afraid to support the team on "extra development tasks" and be an active part of the discussion about processes, way of working etc.
It is a great plus if you have experience as leader (either formal or informal) and or scrum master or the ambition to move in that direction
From a technical point of view, being a full stack developer at Gametek means be confident with .Net-- .Net Core and JavaScript frameworks like: NodeJS Angular and React.
We consider It is a really useful plus any level of knowledge/ experience with:
• Microservice architecture
• Databases
• Event Driven architecture
• DevOps
• Rest API
• CI/CD
• Previous experience in IGaming
The teams
The Retain team is a super talented full stack team that counts 9 developers and 1 QA coach. It is a senior team where everyone is willing to learn and support each other and where laugh, spend time together and have fun are key elements.
Retain is supporting the marketing teams both providing tools to improve their everyday work and enable them to create unique campaigns and offers and experience for our users. For the team the customers are both the internal colleagues and the final users, and the goal is to have both super engaged with the products delivered!
The Guardians team is the corresponding team handling registering, acquisition flows and various front-end functionality on the sites. With a very similar setup as Retain, but with a little bit more focus on end-customers, where you want to contribute is up to you.
