CUSTOMER FULFILMENT
Customer Fulfilment (CFF) plays a fundamental role within Retail in achieving the IKEA goal of becoming a multichannel retailer. Customer Fulfilment acts as a fully integrated function, with an end-to-end approach to develop our business having customers' needs at heart. We are focusing on contributing to a seamless shopping experience for the many people with great quality across all touchpoints.
The Fulfilment Development & Multichannel Network function within CFF is taking the lead and overall responsibility for the design, establishment and development of the distribution network.
ABOUT YOU
You are passionate about leading business through people and have a strong belief in the individuals 'potential. You have an eagerness to understand the IKEA business, the customer and co-worker needs when you improve our business with a focus on customer and co-worker satisfaction, financial business performance and compliance. Being customer oriented you enjoy applying strategic, tactical and operational approach when analysing business opportunities from customer/market perspective. Naturally you share the IKEA vision, values and culture.
For this role you have a university degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain management. You bring 4-6 years working experience in a management position preferable in distribution, retail, logistics or similar. You have experience of working as a management team member with proven ability to make a difference by positively influencing the business directly as well as through good collaboration. You also bring with you proven successful leadership, delivering both business result and people development and experience in developing, securing the implementation andfollow-up of mid-term and long-term strategies and plans.
You have knowledge in following areas:
• Excellent understanding of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations in the markets
• Very good knowledge of market intelligence trends and innovation in logistics.
• Very good financial competence and understanding of the financial impact of the total fulfilment network
• Good knowledge of change and stakeholder management
• Very good knowledge of different leadership styles and leading in the unknown
• Very good financial competence
As a person you have excellent collaborative mind-set in building relationships across the organisation and having high levels of influence and personal impact by using good communication and negotiation skills. You have the ability to identify need and drive change within the organisation on market level acting in multi-cultural, interdependent and matrix environments. Your entrepreneur orientation is strong and you have an end-to-end orientation and the ability to act within the global framework in order to achieve local/market/organisation goals.
ABOUT THE JOB
The purpose of the role is to take accountability and overall responsibility for securing fulfilment in an end to end perspective by enabling the pre-requisites for excellent quality in execution:
• The design of the multichannel network for the market
• The establishment of new fulfilment units
• Development of the existing fulfilment units
• Implementation of various projects and process improvements
• Efficiency and continuous improvement
You will lead, steer, plan, support, coach and follow up the operations and development of the whole Fulfilment Development and Multichannel Network organisation within the market with a customer-centric and collaborative approach in focus.
In this role you will create the right prerequisites in the organisation to enable the growth agenda and secure the group and market Customer Fulfilment agenda is translated into the market Fulfilment Development and Multichannel Network organisation.
In this role you will report to the Country Customer Fulfilment Manager and will be part of the Customer Fulfilment Management Team where you will actively contribute to the overall development of Customer Fulfilment in order to secure a great customer experience for many more of the many people
