We are looking for an experienced Transition and Transformation Lead / Program Manager to join T&T Nordics team in Sweden within Fujitsu Managed Infrastructure Services unit (MIS).
As T&T Program Manager you will own the overall leadership and ultimate accountability for the program. You will deliver the program in accordance with the direction and vision provided by the business unit and customer. You are responsible for maintaining the linkages between the program and the organization's business case, ensuring the contracted customer's strategy and business targets are met by the program deliverables. Together with Program Director, you will be the main driving force throughout the program, managing the stakeholders and program to mutual benefits as well as ensure the program goals are met by providing a decision-making capacity that cannot be achieved at project level.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver large and complex customer T&T programs successfully per planned schedule, budget, scope and quality by applying principles of T&T Framework for Program setup & governance and Fujitsu's chosen Prince2 based project management methodology
• Demonstrate professional program management & leadership to achieve highest customer satisfaction
• Effective Communication & Stakeholder engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program scoping, planning, initiation and delivery.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously and supporting other project managers in their tasks to achieve targeted results
• Engage in new sales cases to create detailed program plan for infrastructure services transitions and transformation along with detailed resource & cost estimations
• Work together with our pre-sales, bid and solutions teams in Fujitsu Nordics to create detailed proposal for Transition & Transformation of Infrastructure Management services
• Represent Fujitsu towards customer during contract phase for presentations, refinement, due-diligence and negotiations in relation to those transition and transformation plans, costs/price, assumptions and requirements clarifications and risks.
Qualifications
We are looking for a determined leader with the ability to drive your work independently to deliver and achieve program objectives. You are an influencer with excellent strategic abilities and methodical approach.
In order to succeed in this role you should have
• 10-15 years of experience and proven track record from program management roles in Transition and Transformation of large and complex Infrastructure Management programs
• Skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously a supporting other project managers in their tasks
• Manage T&T programs to deliver successfully as per agreed contractual parameters (cost, schedule, scope, quality)
• Contribute to develop and use organizational Program Management Framework to efficient program governance and effective stakeholder's engagement
• Experience from working in an international environment and offshoring
• Experience in negotiations with the management level in customer organizations
• Systematic approach and accountability
• MSP (Practitioner), Prince 2 (Practitioner) and/or PMI-PMP certifications are desirable
• Fluent written and oral English and Swedish language skills
