In order to successfully support this, IT has initiated a transformation towards improved flow orientation with focus on agile ways of working, cloud computing and open source technologies to name a few things.

The group Corporate Relations IT within Sales IT is responsible for service development and IT-deliveries to Corporate Relations business area. We work with the entire system development process, from concept development to implementation and production.

We are now looking for additional members for our development teams. We are looking for people with a significant interest in software development and Agile methods. You will play a central role in one of our development teams and will have many contacts around the Scania organisation.

The group is mainly developing and supporting Scania's global websites built on the product Adobe Experience Manager. AEM is a comprehensive content management platform solution for building websites. Several products used from Adobe suites such as Adobe Analytics for measurement. Solution is integrated with social media. Activity ongoing to Improve Scania's digital lead generation and customer communication by better marketing automation capabilities. The solution is running on several Linux servers and in Adobe's own cloud.

Your duties
You will be part of a development team that is responsible for all elements of application and service development. As a member of the team, you will be involved in architecture, refinement, development, testing and release management and will be a culture carrier for good quality.

Your profile

• Has the commitment and motivation to work with others to develop, deliver, simplify and improve
• Has self-motivation and is able to lead others
• Is passionate about agile system development
• Has a university education within IT or equivalent experience
• Working with UX design and the user in focus in natural for you
• Experience working as Front End Developer with

• HTML5 / CSS3
• jQuery
• SASS or similar
• Jira or similar

We use the following technologies/tools and expect you to either have experience of them or be able to learn them quickly: Adobe AEM, HTL (HBS/Handle Bars), Bootstrap, Git and Jira.

You enjoy working as part of a self-organized Agile team, but are also capable of working independently when required. You will be organised, self-motivated, down-to-earth, bold about making your own decisions and have a strong service-minded approach. You are an accomplished communicator with good social skills.
