Group Treasury is part of Group function Finance. We are nine co-workers divided into three subgroups. The primary goal for our function is to secure the Group's financing, optimize the Groups liquidity, reduce the cost of capital and mitigate finical risk. We have a centralized approach where Treasury acts as the Group's internal bank and we are responsible for all treasury related activities within the group.
About the role
We are looking for an interim senior Front Office Manager. This role requires deep knowledge about financial instruments, financial risk, trading strategies and market conditions. Together with a college you will be responsible for managing the group's total liquidity position and funding needs as well as the group's FX exposure and interest rate risk. We are active in the Swedish bond market with a MTN program of 12 bn SEK in facility amount. We also have a commercial paper program with 7bn SEK in facility amount.
You will on a daily basis execute money market and FX transactions with internal and external counterparties. You will have daily contact both internally and externally counterparties. You will work on macro research and with our bank relations. You will work with the transaction exposure ensuring correct hedge positions according to FX risk and financial policy. You will be a valued resource in terms of advisory for FX, funding and capital structure. You will report to Sara Högberg, Group Treasurer. Wallstreet Suit is the Treasury Management System
We work with FXall and Refinitiv.
About you
You have a university degree in Finance, Economics or similar. You have a deep knowledge of financial markets and financial instrument and how to manage FX risk, liquidity planning and financing. You are fluent in English and you have minimum 7 years of working experience from a similar role. You are structured and committed in your way of working. You are easy-going and reliable. Crucial is the ability to work under strict deadlines with a strong attention to details. You never leave things unfinished, if you don't know how to move forward you seek support and you take responsibility for your work.
Location
This position will be placed in Stockholm. But, with our hybrid working environment, you'll have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, promoting work-life balance for all team members. We meet in the office at least 2-3 days a week (50%)
