hela Sverige As a Customer Advisor, you will handle customer?s questions regarding products, invoices and logistics. You communicate through e-mail, phone and chat.

You have?
• A passion for service and customer focus (hands-on experience from Customer Service or Telemarketing is a plus)
• The goal to exceed our customers? expectations every day
• A preference for working as part of a team, but the ability to work independently
• Great written and spoken communication skills
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Finnish (full professional proficiency in Swedish, Danish, Dutch , British or Norwegian is a plus)
• Talent and ambition (as highly valued as your background)

About the position:
• Working Hours 08:15-17:00 Monday-Friday
• Placed in LensOn's office in Kungsholmen, central Stockholm
• Monthly Wage
• Start Date: February 2015
