About the position
Perido is looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Specialist for our client, a major player in the automotive industry. To be able to provide timely support to their consumers, they are open all year round and work in shifts spanning between mornings, evenings and weekends.They are a company that values personal collaboration, communication, and a creative environment that arises from being physically present at the office together with your colleagues. That is why the work takes place at their office located in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
As a Customer Care Specialist, your responsibility is to consistently deliver an outstanding, personal customer experience addressing the needs of current and future consumers across the shopping and ownership journey. As a brand ambassador, your customer-facing role is crucial in supporting their mission to improve the society we live in and bring the brand promise to life.
In this role, you will communicate with consumers based on their needs primarily via phone, but also via chat and email. You will also manage lead generation, delegation, and follow-up on leads to ensure that they are being utilized effectively. It is important to prioritize and escalate the customers' feedback and feature requests to the relevant internal teams.
Your qualifications
Experience is important, but personality is key! We are looking for someone who's humble and respectful, with a genuine interest in customer service. You know how to deliver service at a high level. You feel comfortable in contact with customers and have a professional attitude towards both customers and colleagues. As a person, you are solution-oriented, results-driven and have high integrity. To succeed in this assignment, you ought to have a very good ability to cooperate and be a flexible team player who thrives when working with others. To conclude: Passion for people is important, passion for cars is a bonus!

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Finnish
Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2025-08-31. Start 2025-05-26.
