Assignment: Consultant assignment at Jefferson Wells. There is a possibility to be employed directly at Volvo if everything is working out well.
About the assignment
As a senior accountant at Volvo Financial Services, you will execute all relevant accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards. You will oversee the full accounting scope, review daily transactions, monthly VGCS reporting, complete & submission of VAT, corporate tax return and annual reporting.
Examples of key responsibilities:
* Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information and managing any tax related activities assigned.
* Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results to the chief accountant according to schedule
* Maintain accurate and up to date records of all financial Transactions and supports CA in the interaction with external auditors
* Submit VAT returns and ensures compliance with relevant VAT regulations
Who are you?
To fit this role as senior accountant we are looking for you who is fluent in both Finnish and English. You are experienced in the finance field and have good experiences of accounting. You are innovative, problem solving and have strong analytical & quantitative abilities.
Qualifications:
* University degree in finance or related field
* Three years of accounting experience
* Fluent in Finnish and English, both verbally and written
* Advanced knowledge working in Excel
* Advanced knowledge of Hyperion is preferred
* Experience in SAP is desired
