Financial Controller to Trelleborg AB
As Financial Controller at Trelleborg Industrial Solutions, you are given the opportunity to a challenging and stimulating position in an international environment. You are part of a slim finance team with links both into the organisation and to the group functions.
Job description
The main tasks that the Controlling Team is responsible for are:
• Consolidating and analysis of weekly, monthly and quarterly results
• Preparation of monthly management reports and forecasts for the Business Area
• Taking active part in the business discussions and support the local Business Unit Controllers within TIS by providing insightful analysis and sound advices
• Transfer pricing: drive and coordination between the company and the Group Tax
For this position an extra focus will be on:
• Securing the internal control environment and ensure alignment with the group standards and principles
• Maintaining and developing reports, reporting guidelines, standards and systems
• Project reporting/follow-up including deviation management and escalation
Candidate profile
To fit the profile and be able to contribute you need a university degree within business administration or similar and at least +4 years of relevant work experience. It is an advantage if you have a track record from one or two controlling or external auditing positions, preferable in international manufacturing environments. To be the candidate that we are looking for you also need to have interest in working with developing tools and have genuine experience of accounting, reporting and financial analysis. The position requires excellent excel skills and that you speak and write English fluently.
