Facility Asset Management (EEM) is the department within Scania Real Estate Services AB (SRES) responsible for the management of commercial properties of the Scania Group.
EEM's management scope covers all major areas such as administration, property maintenance, and new investments. SRES owns in excess of 300 properties organised in either dedicated legal real estate subsidiaries, or real estate reporting units.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual for an opening in our administrative function.
Work description
You will find yourself in a wide role covering many areas of property administration, such as analysis of financial reporting and forecasting from our real estate subsidiaries, as well as the administration of contracts, loans, and insurance policies. We also expect you to contribute in the cost controlling of our maintenance program and take an active role in the administration of our IT-tool Tririga. Depending on your background and interests, you may also find yourself involved in various aspects surrounding property transactions, compilation of board material, ad hoc investigations, and development projects.
Part of your work is done in close collaboration with the business units, which will require some travelling. You will report to the Head of Facility Asset Management.

• Your profileUniversity degree in Finance/Accounting/Real Estate with 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Master Excel, and with strong IT knowledge and interest in general
• Analytical with focus on results
• Distinct communication skills
