Demand to Cash Management is, since establishment in January 2019, responsible for the Forecast and planning process, Order to cash process and Order management process. Our mission is to considerably increase the flow efficiency within Scania's core process; Order to delivery (O2D), while utilizing the available resources in the best possible way.

Job Description
We offer you a wide, challenging and developing position in an exciting and dynamic environment. The position will expose you to a wide range of skilled people from different parts of the organization. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations in the Order to Cash process and the Order Management process by providing a financial point-of-view to our performances. You will also get an in-depth understanding of the overall value created for Scania and our customers through our tactical and strategical planning.
As a financial analyst and business controller at Demand to Cash you are expected to support the organization through your financial expertise and your ability to connect financial KPI's to the performance of the operation. Additionally you are responsible for compiling and coordinate the scenario build-up in the Forecast and Planning process. You are expected to identify risks and trade-offs between different scenario forecasts and to present the result of your findings to the cross functional executive planning team. The focus and attention from Scania's top management as well as their expectations of our results are high.
You will frequently be involved and lead different projects or investigations within our different processes at Demand to Cash or take part as an expert in our cross-functional assignments and projects. Aside from ongoing projects and processes you will be responsible for preparing decision material and presentation material for the Demand to Cash management in a variety of different areas.
Your Profile
As a person you have a genuine interest in understanding the business of Scania and how the world around us impact our performance. You like to inspire and engage people and enjoy working together in a team. You have a positive attitude with a high level of responsibility. When faced with challenges you are curious and daring to try unknown methods and approaches to reach a result. In order to succeed you must also be comfortable asking for help and support when needed.
You have a high analytical ability and are creative when it comes to finding new solutions of how to work with figures, e.g. through Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning. To explain and communicate complex matters in an easy and understandable way for people outside of finance is a key success factor.
We are looking for a person with a broad experience preferably from various areas within controlling and a masters' degree in Business and Administration (or similar). You are fluent in English and have a deep knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as experience from working in reporting tools.
You will have the opportunity to work in an international environment with close contact with our finance managers and other colleagues within Business units around the world. You will also work close together with other controllers within the Scania Group.
