Key Responsibilities
As Finance Operation Manager you will report directly to the Customer Service Office Manager and be part of the local Customer Service Office management team.
Your main responsibilities will among others be to:
• Lead the Finance Operations team (10 direct reports) in the daily work.
• Ensure that the team members adhere to the timelines as per global business process measures.
• Ensure timely invoicing and follow up financial KPI's and set targets.
• Monitor, record and report the performance of the team.
• Ensure that the workload is balanced within the team.
• Ensure that all customer invoices are raised accurately, on time and matches the rates and contracts agreed to with the customers.
As a part of the Manager responsibility you will also set and monitor objectives for your team members. You will be responsible for the coaching and development of your team and encourage a continuous improvement mindset with engaged team members.
Who we are looking for?

We believe the ideal candidate has/is:
• 3-5 years' experience from a similar position, preferably within the logistic and financial sector.
• A strong execution minded individual with strong financial technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus including an understanding of systems.
• A proactive mind-set and are able to work well under pressure.
• An eagerness to learn and always work to improve the daily work and routines.
• The ability to work and thrive in a flexible matrix organization with focus on networking and active collaboration.
• Good communications skills both verbally and written in Swedish and English.
• A University degree within logistics and/or economics or similar educational background.
• In-depth knowledge of Damco's core systems SAP, Kewill and Excel.
