Pharmaceutical Sciences at AstraZeneca delivers the therapies of the future through scientific leadership in drug delivery, design of synthetic routes, and manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and drug products. We are now looking for our next talent to join Pharmaceutical Sciences as a Finance Administrator at our vibrant R&D site in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Who are you
For this role we wish for someone who is willing to learn and develop together with us. We believe that you are an enthusiastic, driven and hardworking person that put the customer satisfaction first. It is also important that you are comfortable with multiple tasks and has a sense of flexibility as no two days are alike.
Your role will be to provide Finance coordinator admin support to Pharmaceutical Sciences across the globe (Sweden, UK, US). The work will be very much customer focused, helping all of us within Pharmaceutical Sciences with tasks like purchase order lifecycle, supporting the capital demand manager with administrative activities and sample shipment customs forms administration. You will work as part of a small admin team based in Gothenburg and the UK. Another important part of the role is to make sure that our processes are up to date and support the function with updates on compliance- and risk management policies.
We are looking for someone with:
* Attention to detail and delivery to a consistently high standard
* A professional and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and effectively
* Strong organisational, forward-planning and stakeholder management skills
* Track record of handling and resolving challenges quickly and efficiently, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
* Customer service skills and a willingness to help people
* Enthusiastic and ability to learn on the job, with support
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/ tasks simultaneously and effectively, identifying high priority, urgent tasks for immediate action so that all activities are completed accurately and on time
* Ability to network and influence to develop solutions
* Experience handling sensitive information in a confidential and discrete manner
* Ability to challenge the status quo, think beyond the role and act upon opportunities to work more effectively
* Knowledge of MS office, Outlook, Calendar, Excel, PowerPoint and web-based systems
