hela Sverige ALTEN Gothenburg are now looking for an experienced Field Test Engineer, with a background from similar assignments in the automotive industry to a big client in Gothenburg. The candidate needs to be able to face dealers and customers, and work independently. Travelling will be required in this position.
For this job assignment you need experience from complete vehicle system investigations and fault tracing, customer operations, HW and SW development, verification and validation is required. Experience of Memorators, Mloggers, Ultra, Vector CANalyzer, ATI Vision, J1587 navigator, Engineering tool, and TechTool is needed. You will need to solve different kinds of problems at the customer and will use tools directly in the workshop.
You need to be able to understand the verification needs for Features function or field test in order define test requirements. you also need to be able to create test plan, manage, plan, prepare and execute the tests. The job requires you to
analyze results and give recommendations in their respective technology area. Prepare and manage fault reports from tests. Final you need to know who to document results and compile the engineering report (ER). Continuously update - Test Methods and propose updates of technical requirement together with the technology areas.
