We seek an Extraordinary Growth Leader to lead a growth and positioning assignment across Ingka organizations and functions. You are a strong project manager with excellent stakeholder management skills and straightforward communication.
To succeed in the role, you must have:
• Strong project management skills.
• Solid experience working in a senior leadership role in a commercial assignment within IKEA.
• Proven advanced training in business management, business planning, or equivalent.
• Proven experience working with setting strategic direction, commercial business plans & cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of IKEA's brand, culture, values, and way of working.

What you'll be doing day to day
As an Extraordinary Growth Leader, you will lead a growth and positioning assignment across Ingka organizations and functions, with the purpose of creating the right conditions for the full impact of the identified growth and positioning opportunity.
In more detail, you will:
• Primary advocate for the content development of the Extraordinary Growth plan together with owners, serving as the face of the initiative across the entire value chain. Develop and implement extraordinary focus in the Growth Plan to achieve growth goals, focusing on turnover, pieces, and brand positioning while maintaining a strong presence and fostering trust.
• Drive interest in home furnishing by formulating and executing plans to increase omnichannel visitation and conversion rates. Develop innovative strategies to engage customers across various channels, ensuring a seamless and compelling experience that aligns with the Growth Plan objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the value chain to ensure the delivery, consistency, and efficiency of all aspects of the Extraordinary Growth Plan. Develop frameworks for effective communication and coordination to enhance overall plan execution.
• Lead activities related to the growth opportunity, aligning IKEA organizations and functions with the directives from the IKEA BPL Growth Plan. Develop comprehensive plans for successful execution and ensure all activities contribute to the overall growth objectives.
• Serve as the ambassador for the growth opportunity, acting as the main contact person for various IKEA organizations and connected roles. Implement strategies to facilitate change and oversee a communication plan that ensures timely and accurate information is delivered to relevant stakeholders, fostering a supportive environment for growth planning at both global and market levels.
