Within Financing & Loans Channels Private we work with development and maintenance of the bank's mortgage and consumer loans. We are responsible for systems supporting both from an internal perspective, but also from a customer perspective where we continuously work with the development of self-service functions in mobile and internet banking. We are now looking for an experienced requirement specialist to one of the agile teams in the department.
What you will be doing
As a Requirement Specialist you will be responsible for:
As a requirement specialist you will be part of an agile team and work together with experienced and delivery focused developers, testers, tech lead, scrum master and product owner. We are working according to the SAFe framework. In this role you will lead the work to interpret the business needs and describe it in a clear way to the development team. You will facilitate meetings and workshops and document the results from them. You will act as the bridge between business and Tech to support the developers and testers with the requirements they need. You will work in close cooperation with the Product owner and the business specialists. Being part of an agile team, you will need both business and IT knowledge to succeed.
Who we are looking for
• You should have several years of experience as requirement specialist or another similar role.
• Experience from gathering of requirements, requirement analysis and good analytical skills
• Experience of facilitate meetings and workshop to be able to gather the requirements needed.
• Drive your own work and make sure you have progress in the work
• Experience from creating and maintaining requirements in an ever-changing agile world
• A good understanding of the business, value streams and the technical work in a modern development environment.
• You as a person are communicative, inspirational and encourage dialogues.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
• It is also a merit if you have been working with SAFe framework.
