Description
The department FJR/SR at PDU RBS is accountable for the system design of the Radio & Antenna Systems functional domains.
This strategic role within RBS System drives the systemization of the radio and antenna system functions which hide behind the state-of-the-art next generation world class radios. These devices support flexible, future proof, multi-standard and mixed mode solutions, for operators around the world.
To deliver disruptive products that redefine the meaning of best in class radio network capabilities, the department focuses on:
Radio & Antenna functional roadmap definition
Radio Frequency performance roadmap definition
System on a chip roadmap definition
Analysis of detailed and derived requirements on the Radio & Antenna functions
Detailed system design by requirement decomposition into functions spread over HW and SW architecture.
System modeling and documentation
Our RBS products shall continue to set the direction for the next generation Radio Access Networks by redefining the industry baseline. As a result, we are growing! Dare to take a great chance to join this highly motivated and energetic team. We are after a number of architects, experienced system designers (with SW and/or HW experience), study drivers and system on a chip experts, to augment the existing team.
You will participate on technical studies, from early pre-development all the way to support of project execution and field deployment. You will be updated with the latest innovations in related technical areas, methods and tools for system design.

Qualifications
Required competence:
Previous experience of system design or research
Demonstrated capability of solving complex problems with innovative and simple solutions
Master or Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/Computer science or equivalent competence acquired by other education and/or by extensive experience
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Business and customer focused with emphasis on the big picture
Proven technical leadership
