Nordic Retail Group (NRG) is one of the largest retail agencies in the Nordics. We're a full-service retail agency and we're specialists in retail and store communication, both online and in store. We work with international as well as local clients all over the Nordics and are present in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
THE ROLE
We're now looking for a driven, efficient, innovative, and business minded Project Manager to join our Client Team for one of our largest clients within the consumer electronic segment. We believe you have the creative vein, yet the technical height needed to drive and implement our clients' projects in store as well as online. We think you have extensive experience in project management/production management at an advertising or retail agency and want to continue to develop together with us. Your main duty will be to manage projects which include everything from expos, in store installations, content marketing as well as digital banner/landing page productions as well as manage the client's field force team. You will be client-facing, take full responsibility from brief to execution and reporting on projects. You are responsible for the daily business, which means offerings, invoicing, contact with partners, suppliers and internal work groups.

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3 years' experience at a retail agency, action marketing agency or advertising agency
• Experience in event/experiential, digital/social, print and integrated campaigns
• Experience in tech and retail is highly desirable
• Experience of working with local and international clients
• Experience to work with people, staff and customer relations/service
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking
TASKS
• Take full responsible for projects, from brief to execution and follow up reporting
• Manage workload, keep deadlines and drive in delivering successful projects
• Coordinate and oversee the creation of external marketing materials and ensure that delivery deadlines are met
• Daily contact with clients and understand the client's challenges and based on that come up with solutions
• Be the link between the Client and the Creators and communicate effectively
• Ensure that communication and marketing guidelines are met and followed
• Maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current and new clients and assist in bringing new clients on board
• Calculate and create offers as well as follow up of invoicing and profit
• Handle and be the first manager for the client's Field Force team, the team consists of 14 people who are employed by NRG, but work on a daily basis with the client.
