Who you are and what value you will bring as an Management Consultant within ESG Deals
You should have a genuine interest and experience within Sustainability and Deals, developed through strategic roles in management consultancy or corporate finance. At PwC, you'll manage complex, high-profile business cases for Swedish and international private equity investors, energy companies, and the public sector.
As part of the Strategy & Deals team, you'll be the main client contact, leveraging PwC's comprehensive service offerings to support their critical business decisions. Your responsibilities also include:
- Oversee and manage complex client engagements, involving colleagues from the team as well as other parts of PwC
- Build great client relationships and work together with other experienced colleagues to ensure sales e.g. through identifying add-on sales opportunities on projects and supporting proposal work
- Facilitate and coordinate client meetings
- Identify business opportunities and promote the development of our offering as well as our ways of working
- Train and coach more junior members of the team

To perform well in this role, we expect you have:
- 4-8 years of experience in analytical work focusing on the deals sector e.g. from a consultancy firm, corporate strategy department or similar
- Experience in Due diligence
- Experience in handling and managing the day-to-day activities (change & project management, communication, presentation skills etc)
- High business understanding with solid stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of various consulting toolboxes
- Great communication in English, both verbal and written. Swedish knowledge will be viewed as a merit
