Join us as a Specialist in Scania Experience Enablement
Contribute significantly to Scania's purpose in this essential role. You will be part of the Event Experience Enablement team that is in charge of enabling the development of efficient, on-brand Scania events and exhibitions globally. We are collaborating closely with markets and regions to create scalable and modular solutions tailored to market needs, enhancing productivity, and ensuring effective local event experiences. We develop and coordinate exhibition units, conceptualize guidelines, and create modular toolboxes supporting our global colleagues in executing local events and exhibitions.
Your role / working area / work description
We're looking for a dedicated Exhibition Unit Specialist to manage bookings, production, and logistics for our exhibition units over the next six months. If you have experience in shipping, warehouse logistics, and event management systems, this is your chance to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Bookings: Prioritize bookings for our exhibition units, manage schedules, and create shipping cost estimates to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
Produce New Exhibition Units: Collaborate with production teams to create and assemble new exhibition units for Showrooms, Exhibition and Events. Work closely with Scania's Research & Development team and sub-suppliers to initiate and oversee production of physical exhibition units such as engines, gearboxes etc. To ensure all exhibition units meet specifications and quality standards set by Scania.
Your Profile:
• Previous experience with shipping and warehouse logistics.
• Familiarity with event management systems such as Axaco and ViSAT.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience estimating costs and handling shipping logistics.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
