The Marketing team is an essential part of Annotell's commercial engine - tasked with the mission to establish Annotell as the indisputable leader when it comes to safe perception. At Annotell, Marketing is account-based and our responsibilities cover a lot of ground: from content production, event planning, branding, and messaging to product marketing, search engine optimization, and video-making. As we are just beginning to grow the team, you will get the chance to help shape strategy, processes, and activities, needless to say, if you aren't into the thrill that comes with a fast-moving startup, this might not be for you!

What you will be doing
As Events & Experience Manager at Annotell, you will be responsible for running all virtual and IRL exhibitions/conferences as well as Annotell's own customer events and will support with the execution of related marketing activities.
Some typical tasks:
• Be responsible for all aspects of digital and IRL events planning and execution from concept, goals setting, and budgeting to logistics, delivery, and ROI.
• Manage external suppliers and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate internally for the selection of the right events and coordinate all of the details before, during, and after the event.
• Coordinate the promotion of our events with input from the rest of the Marketing team.
• Help coordinate different awards, partnerships, speaking opportunities.
• Lead the team that brings to life Annotell's annual customer event.
• Look beyond events and come up with creative ideas for experiences to highlight our brand and delight our customers.

What you bring along
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience managing marketing events end-to-end
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Previous experience working in tech companies is a plus!
