hela Sverige Are you an experienced ERP Training Lead with a passion for empowering teams and driving digital transformation? At Lindab, we are on an engaging journey to implement a new ERP system, and we need your expertise to ensure our employees are equipped with the skills they need to succeed. As the ERP Training Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing training strategies that support our ERP implementation and ensure seamless adoption across the organization.
This role may also extend into other areas beyond ERP, such as WMS, TMS, CRM, MES, PLM, and PIM, broadening your impact on Lindab's digital transformation. Your role will involve assessing training needs, designing customized learning programs, and facilitating knowledge transfer to ensure teams are fully prepared to manage and utilize the ERP system, post-implementation. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure training aligns with our organizational goals while continuously improving training methods based on feedback and performance evaluations.

Main responsibilities
Assessing Training Needs: Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify skill gaps and training requirements for end-users across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Customizing Training Programs: Design and adapt training programs to suit the specific needs of diverse user groups, ensuring relevance, engagement, and practical application.
Evaluating Training Effectiveness: Develop and implement robust evaluation methods to measure the impact of training sessions, using insights to refine and enhance future programs.
Facilitating Knowledge Transfer: Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to empower internal teams with the skills and understanding needed to independently manage and maintain the system post-implementation.
Developing Training Materials: Create and maintain a centralized, well-organized repository of training resources, making them easily accessible for ongoing user reference and support.
Ensuring a Positive User Experience: Actively work to make the training process straightforward and rewarding, ensuring users feel supported and capable of utilizing the system effectively.
Gathering Participant Feedback: Actively collect feedback from training participants and incorporate their insights to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the training.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders about training progress, addressing challenges proactively to avoid delays in the implementation process.
Setting Up Training Environments: Coordinate and establish realistic training environments that replicate the production system, enabling hands-on and practical learning experiences.
Driving Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in training and development, incorporating innovative strategies into the training framework to optimize outcomes.
Previous experience and competencies
Several of experience leading training programs in an ERP implementation context, preferably with Dynamics 365.
Strong ability to assess training needs and design effective programs tailored to diverse user groups.
Proficient in creating and maintaining training documentation and repositories.
Experience with training evaluation and feedback collection to drive continuous improvement.
Familiarity with setting up training environments that mirror production systems.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in training design is a plus.

A continuous improvement mindset drives you to evaluate training effectiveness, gather participant feedback, and refine programs to enhance learning outcomes over time.
You lead knowledge transfer sessions confidently, equipping internal teams with the skills needed to manage and maintain ERP systems independently after implementation.
Fluent in English, both orally and in writing. Swedish is a plus.
