UI Designer
We're looking for a passionate and self-motivated designer with a keen interest in UI and visual design, technology and entertainments, to join our amazing UX/UI Design team. You will work on a wide variety of projects, where you will help improve our user's experiences.
Quick info about the role
This is a role where you will be shifting between different focus areas such as design system development, branding, and delivering exceptional UI designs. All while being the bridge between our UX and frontend developers. You will have frequent collaboration with different departments and talented colleagues.
What you'll do
Work closely with our UX, product and engineering teams and share your design expertise to help make decisions on features we build, whilst practicing a collaboratively mindset.
Work collaboratively within the team and support lead and senior designers.
Maintain and be an advocate for user-centric design-thinking across the company.
Design great responsive web products, with a snazzy user interface, while also being able to follow and build upon brand guidelines. And maybe create an icon or two?
Deliver final UI design, concepts, flows, prototypes and components and help evolve our design system and processes.
Understand the business objectives and distil these into world-class feasible and creative solutions.
Be up to date on the latest industry trends and bring forward new findings and learnings.
Who you are
You have 3 to 5 years of hands-on design experience, focused on UI and visual aspects of digital products.
You have an 'Can-do' attitude, always delivers on time and have the ability to see solutions instead of problems.
You have an excellent understanding of visual and user-centred design, and how design can meet brand, business and strategic objectives.
You can convey complex design concepts to different delivery skill sets within the organisation.
You have a keen interest in current trends in design and communications and the ability to spot opportunities.
A true pro in Figma and have experince in Adobe Creative Suite.
You understand and can follow a design system and contribute and iterate on it when necessary.
You love to work with responsive design!
You have a strong UI portfolio and/or published references that you're proud of
You are looking for daily challenges and want to join an amazing team!
