Enterprise Architect

LYNK & CO is seeking a globally experienced Enterprise Architect to support the launch of the global LYNK & CO digital commercial platform.

As Enterprise Architect you will be globally responsible for building and maintaining the Enterprise Architecture of LYNK & CO global digital platform including the Customer Engagement Platform, Business Foundations (CORE IT services) and Digital Workplace.

As Enterprise Architect you are given the opportunity to orchestrate a team of passionate LYNK & CO:ers ensuring an effective set of architecture principles and practices across LYNK & CO globally enabling customers to explore, configure, buy and own LYNK & CO cars and services with the potential to change mobility forever.

You will report to the Global Director of Business Technology LYNK & CO.

You are a team player who thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing, co:spirit environment.

The position is mainly based in Gothenburg Sweden at LYNK & CO HQ, but will require frequent travel to Geely HQ, Hangzhou China. The position includes global responsibility.

Responsibilities and tasks

- Build and maintain the Enterprise Architecture of LYNK & CO including;
- Ownership of Architecture and Security Strategy
- Ensuring effective architecture principles and practices
- Alignment of IT strategy and planning with business goals
- Ensuring effective IT Governance
- Provide support for Value Management (ROI analysis, Benchmarking)
- Direct or indirect involvement in the development of policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of Information Technology.

Profile and Background

- Passion for business innovation through a structured set of architecture principles.
- Ability to inspire actions - to challenge and foster creativity and innovation as well as driving continuous improvements.
- Driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities
- Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cultural awareness, global/international experience
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
- Ability to travel
- Extensive experience of Enterprise Architecture ownership with global companies
- Preferable focus and experience in Online Sales and Retail.
