Job Description
We are now looking for a great number of staff to an exciting assignment for one of our clients in the Gothenburg area with start in August.
It is of highest importance with advanced English skills on a professional level and that you are a service provider who always aims to provide service at the highest level.
This assignment is placed at Volvo Cars in Gothenburg where you will work in a new built team and provide first class customer service by phone. Your focus will be incoming calls from all over the world.
Example of customer service could be guiding the customers in questions regarding modern technological solutions, transports and freights within the car industry.
To be able to deliver first class service to customers a paid training from Volvo Cars will be provided. You will also be able to find and search information needed in internal systems during the assignment.
The working hours will be scheduled six hours a day any time during the week which includes working daytime, evenings, weekdays and weekends. So apart from a generous salary you will have a great possibility of earning some extra money during inconvenient hours.
The mission will start week 34 and run for five or ten week period.
Who are you?
We are looking for an outgoing, social and service minded person. Your aim must be to always provide service at the highest level and to be able to understand the need of the customers. It is also important with a technical interest and a personal interest in cars.
Your English skill needs to be on an advanced level, preferable you have English as your mother tongue. You also have advanced computer skills, driver's license and car.
Previous experience from work within the customer service area and some knowledge about the Swedish language is highly meritorious.
