Your role will be to participate in new engine projects, where engine performance needs to be changed. A complete engine system view is important that cover fuel consumption, exhaust emissions, response time, together with other project targets as cost, reliability and quality. Technology is located in Gothenburg and is responsible for the Technology Specialist areas within engine development for Marine and Industrial applications. The department is today about 15 persons working in different roles. Customer focus is important for us and we believe in project oriented development. We are therefore working in teams together with design, simulation, development and exhaust after treatment engineers.

Preferably you should have a couple of years of professional experience within Fuel injection equipment or engine performance development. We are looking for an individual who is interested in Product Development in general, but preferably towards Engine performance for diesel engines. You have ambition and energy to develop yourself in a way that can lead to new tasks and responsibilities. As a person you enjoy working in a team and have the ability to inspire your team colleagues. You feel engaged by working in projects and reaching goals. Since the job consists of a net of contacts internally and externally, your networking skills are highly valued. You contribute in our development projects and drive advanced engineering to reach our high targets in engine performance and exhaust emissions for diesel and renewable fuels.
Your CV should contain listed qualifications in academic degrees, you should be able to communicate in both English and Swedish and have a valid driver license.
