Ready to help us change the world of work? A rare and exciting opportunity has now opened up in our Marketing & Communications Team for a Marketing Engagement Analyst.

Our team is a tight family of digital- and automation specialists, designers, developers and communication experts - and we want you to help us analyze, experiment and drive engagement across our digital channels.

You'll join us in being the heartbeat which pumps our company's international marketing, sales, product development and analytics functions. You'll drive analysis, optimization, performance and demand for development - and will help us to increase conversion across our internal- and external channels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize and oversee development of conversion on all platforms
• Map user behavior across demographic, location and industry to ensure dynamic performance
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Qliksense, SQL, Hubspot, our internal platform and other tools
• Lead improvement projects through forecasting, analysis and suggesting business case for increased engagement
• Collaborate internationally for engagement activities
• Inspire, teach and share your insights with the rest of our family

About you

First and foremost, you are a warm and down-to-earth colleague. You already have good experience working with conversion and e-commerce platforms. You know about digital platforms (and all the technical bits) and can bring your own personal insights, knowledge and ideas to the team. You're restless, analytical and like to experiment to constantly drive conversion. You're passionate about data and customer segmentation - and know exactly how to apply it to find new opportunities. Last but not least, you're ambitious, curious and ready to get stuck in to a fun team.

Got what it takes?

• Strong in data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, Google Analytics, Qliksense, and other metric tools
• Successful experience of A/B testing and proven conversion optimization for e-commerce
• Knowledge of personalization and retargeting (and related tools)
• Good understanding of front-end design, SEO, landing pages, segmentation, real-time optimization, APIs and other e-commerce techniques
• Experience of data analysis, as well as building and presenting business cases
