How You'll Make an Impact
In this role, you will support and strengthen the employee experience within Breakers, helping create a clear, engaging and supportive journey from day one.
You will develop and coordinate onboarding initiatives beyond Day 1 and contribute to internal learning and competence development efforts.
You will work with internal communication and information channels, creating engaging content that highlights people, stories and everyday achievements, while ensuring that internal materials and presentations are clear, structured and visually aligned with our identity.
You will also support important visits and delegations, helping create a professional and welcoming experience that reflects our culture and operations.
You will work closely with our assistant team, our managers and HR department

Your Background
Strong coordination skills and the ability to structure concepts, content, and processes.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail, storytelling, and visual identity.
Experience with content creation or internal communication is an advantage.
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a cross-functional environment.
Good proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Outlook).
Excellent English skills: Swedish is a plus.
Experience within learning, onboarding, communication, administration.
